Responsibilities
- Records Management: Oversee the receipt, logging, and distribution of incoming mail and digital documents during the night shift.
- Data Integrity: Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, ensuring all records are up-to-date in our state database.
- Archival Services: Execute the systematic filing and archival of physical and electronic records to maintain compliance with state regulations.
- System Maintenance: Monitor and troubleshoot basic office equipment, including scanners, printers, and filing systems.
- Security Compliance: Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and security procedures to protect sensitive government data.
- Inventory Control: Assist in the tracking of office supplies and inventory levels as needed during the shift.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in records management, data entry, or clerical work within a government or corporate environment is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
- Shift Availability: Must be available to work the night shift (typically 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM), including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in repetitive tasks.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for reporting and coordination.
