Responsibilities
- Maintain and organize physical and digital archives for government records.
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification with 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct nightly security checks and access control procedures.
- Assist in the retrieval and distribution of sensitive documents.
- Generate daily reports on processed records and inventory status.
- Collaborate with day-shift staff to ensure seamless handovers.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in data entry or records management.
- Ability to work independently during the night shift (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- U.S. Citizenship or valid permanent residency required.
- Reliable transportation is mandatory.
