Responsibilities
- Patrol assigned areas to detect and deter suspicious activities and security breaches.
- Monitor access points and verify the identity of personnel and visitors.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and emergencies in accordance with established protocols.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and maintain accurate security logs.
- Enforce all departmental rules, regulations, and policies.
- Conduct routine equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is highly preferred.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Valid New Mexico Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
