Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems and patrol premises to prevent security breaches
- Enforce access control protocols for employees, visitors, and vehicles
- Respond to emergencies and incidents with de-escalation techniques
- Prepare detailed incident reports and security logs
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency responders
- Conduct safety inspections and maintain emergency equipment
- Operate security systems including alarms, gates, and biometric scanners
Qualifications
- Valid California Guard Card (BSIS certification)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Ability to work independently overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- First Aid/CPR certification (within 90 days of hire)
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Proficient in surveillance technology and reporting software
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Valid California driver's license
