Responsibilities
- Patrol & Monitoring: Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including interior and exterior areas, to ensure safety and security.
- Access Control: Monitor and control access points, verifying credentials and issuing visitor passes as required.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and security breaches following established protocols.
- Reporting: Document all incidents, irregularities, and findings in detailed logs and incident reports.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors and employees with inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
- Compliance: Adhere strictly to all government security regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or the military is highly preferred.
- Availability: Must be available to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical duties.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- License: Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
