Responsibilities
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets.
- Control access points, including issuing badges and verifying identification.
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and security breaches immediately.
- Conduct regular inspections of fire extinguishers, emergency exits, and surveillance equipment.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and log entries for all activities.
- Enforce company policies and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Certified Security Professional (CSP) or equivalent certification preferred.
- Valid Security Guard License for New York State.
- Must be willing to work rotating night shifts, holidays, and weekends.
- U.S. Citizenship or Permanent Residency required.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
