Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce state regulatory compliance across designated facilities during overnight hours
- Conduct regular security patrols and surveillance operations
- Document and report incidents using state-mandated digital systems
- Coordinate emergency response protocols with local law enforcement agencies
- Conduct thorough facility inspections and vulnerability assessments
- Maintain accurate logs of all security activities and compliance checks
- Operate specialized security equipment and surveillance systems
- Train and mentor new personnel on overnight procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Texas Peace Officer License (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Minimum 2 years security or law enforcement experience
- Valid Texas Class C Driver's License
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and digital reporting systems
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Pass comprehensive background check and drug screening
