Responsibilities
- Patrol designated Phoenix areas during overnight hours to prevent crime and ensure public safety
- Respond to emergency calls and conduct thorough investigations during night shift operations
- Document incidents and prepare detailed reports following state protocols
- Collaborate with emergency services and state agencies for coordinated night-time responses
- Maintain high visibility in high-risk areas during overnight hours
- Enforce state laws and local ordinances with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
- Operate specialized night-vision surveillance equipment and patrol vehicles
Qualifications
- Valid Arizona Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) certification
- Minimum 2 years of law enforcement experience or equivalent military/police background
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours with minimal supervision
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure during night-shift scenarios
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- US citizenship and ability to pass comprehensive background check
- Proficiency in digital reporting systems and night-vision technology
- First Aid/CPR certification within 6 months of hire
