Responsibilities
- Perform nighttime inspections and repairs of highway infrastructure including signage, lighting, and guardrails
- Operate heavy machinery and specialized equipment under low-visibility conditions
- Coordinate with emergency response teams during weather-related incidents
- Maintain detailed digital maintenance logs using state-of-the-art reporting systems
- Collaborate with day shift teams to ensure seamless continuity of operations

Qualifications
- Valid Illinois Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Class A
- Minimum 3 years of infrastructure maintenance experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or ability to obtain within 90 days
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with digital maintenance reporting software
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred
- Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
