Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (bobcats, trenchers) under supervision during training
- Assist in road repair, sidewalk installation, and drainage maintenance
- Follow OSHA safety standards and maintain clean job sites
- Participate in infrastructure improvement projects across Houston
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance logs

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas driver's license (Class C minimum)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
