Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including mowing, landscaping, and debris removal
- Set up/break down event equipment for festivals, sports, and community gatherings
- Inspect facilities for safety hazards and report maintenance needs
- Assist with youth/adult recreation programs and activities
- Operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, etc.) safely
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Support seasonal park beautification projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physical stamina to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Valid Texas Driver's License (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Availability for weekend/evening shifts
- CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if needed)
