Responsibilities
- Maintain park facilities including playgrounds, sports courts, and walking trails
- Organize and supervise recreational programs for all age groups
- Assist in planning community events and festivals
- Perform routine landscaping and park cleanup duties
- Enforce safety regulations and provide excellent customer service
- Operate maintenance equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members on park improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in park maintenance or recreation services
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training provided)
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
