Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, including mowing, landscaping, and facility upkeep
- Assist with recreational programs (sports leagues, fitness classes, youth camps)
- Ensure safety compliance and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Operate equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Support special events and community gatherings
- Conduct routine inspections of park amenities
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic maintenance or landscaping experience preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and extended standing
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends
