Responsibilities
- Maintain park landscapes including mowing, pruning, and seasonal planting
- Operate maintenance equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers)
- Inspect and repair park facilities (benches, playgrounds, signage)
- Assist with event setup and cleanup for community activities
- Provide friendly visitor assistance and enforce park regulations
- Monitor park conditions and report maintenance needs
- Collaborate with team on daily operational tasks
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and authorized to work in the US
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic physical fitness for lifting (up to 50 lbs) and extended walking
- Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
- Reliable transportation to multiple park locations
- Strong teamwork and customer service skills
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
- No prior experience necessary – training provided
