Responsibilities
- Maintain park facilities, athletic fields, and recreational equipment
- Organize and lead community events, youth programs, and sports leagues
- Ensure safety compliance and conduct facility inspections
- Assist with park beautification projects and seasonal preparations
- Engage with visitors and provide exceptional customer service
- Collaborate with maintenance and event teams
- Report maintenance issues and safety hazards promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year experience in park maintenance or recreation
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping tools and equipment
- Pass background check and drug screening
