Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, including turf management, irrigation systems, and seasonal planting
- Operate provided equipment for landscape maintenance and facility upkeep
- Support recreational programs and special events at Boston's parks
- Enforce park safety protocols and assist visitors with inquiries
- Collaborate with team members on landscape beautification projects
- Perform routine inspections and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Experience in grounds maintenance or recreational facility operations preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
