Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and recreational equipment
- Lead community events (festivals, sports leagues, cultural programs)
- Enforce park safety regulations and assist visitors
- Operate maintenance machinery (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Collaborate with volunteer groups for park beautification
- Monitor environmental conditions and report hazards
- Support athletic field preparation and tournament coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Hawaii driver's license
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in groundskeeping or event coordination preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
