Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, athletic fields, and recreational facilities
- Operate park equipment including mowers, trimmers, and irrigation systems
- Assist with event setup, staffing, and breakdown for community programs
- Enforce safety protocols and provide visitor assistance
- Participate in seasonal park beautification projects
- Complete maintenance logs and incident reports
- Collaborate with team members on facility improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance procedures
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Preferred: CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
- Preferred: Experience in event coordination or recreational programming
