Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities including playgrounds, athletic courts, and picnic areas
- Assist with event setup, coordination, and breakdown for community festivals and sports leagues
- Perform groundskeeping duties: mowing, landscaping, irrigation, and debris removal
- Enforce safety regulations and provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Collaborate with team members on seasonal projects and facility improvements
- Conduct routine inspections and report maintenance needs to supervisors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; relevant certifications preferred
- 6+ months experience in grounds maintenance, facility operations, or event support
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong teamwork and communication skills with customer service focus
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment operation
- Flexibility to work evenings/weekends during peak seasons and events
