Responsibilities
- Manage park maintenance including landscaping, irrigation systems, and facility upkeep
- Organize and supervise recreational programs for all age groups
- Conduct safety inspections of equipment and facilities
- Assist with special event coordination and crowd management
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Enforce park regulations and maintain clean, safe environments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in park maintenance or recreation services
- Valid Texas Class C driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment
