Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities, playgrounds, and sports courts
- Lead recreational programs including youth sports, fitness classes, and cultural events
- Conduct routine safety inspections and equipment maintenance
- Assist with seasonal park beautification projects (landscaping, irrigation)
- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred
- 1+ years experience in park maintenance, recreation, or customer service
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean record
- CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Basic knowledge of landscaping equipment and safety protocols
