Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including mowing, trimming, litter removal, and irrigation management
- Operate and maintain recreational equipment (mowers, trimmers, hand tools)
- Assist in setting up and supervising community events and programs
- Inspect facilities for safety hazards and report maintenance needs
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Support seasonal park beautification projects and facility upkeep
- Collaborate with team members to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Experience with landscaping/maintenance equipment preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Pass background check and drug screening
