Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds (mowing, pruning, litter removal)
- Operate maintenance equipment (mowers, trimmers, irrigation systems)
- Support event setup/teardown for festivals and activities
- Inspect facilities and report maintenance needs
- Assist with playground safety inspections
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Follow safety protocols for equipment and hazardous materials
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid NJ driver's license
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather
- Basic equipment operation experience preferred
- Strong attention to safety procedures
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Willingness to work flexible hours (weekends/evenings)
