Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and recreational equipment
- Assist with community events, sports leagues, and youth programs
- Perform landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and planting
- Provide exceptional customer service to park visitors
- Ensure safety standards compliance in all park areas
- Support seasonal park operations and special projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to perform physical labor in all weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of groundskeeping tools and equipment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
