Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds (landscaping, cleaning, equipment operation)
- Assist with recreation programs and community events
- Ensure facility safety and compliance with regulations
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors
- Perform seasonal preparations (snow removal, summer setups)
- Collaborate with team on park improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- First Aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
