Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including landscaping, trail upkeep, and facility cleanliness
- Assist with recreational programs and community events setup/teardown
- Operate park equipment safely (mowers, trimmers, hand tools)
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and residents
- Follow safety protocols and report maintenance issues promptly
- Support special events including festivals and sports tournaments
- Collaborate with team members to achieve park beautification goals
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we provide all necessary training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to perform physical tasks in outdoor environments
- Valid Florida Driver's License (required within 30 days of hire)
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including weekends/holidays
