Responsibilities
- Operate park facilities, equipment, and amenities safely and efficiently
- Lead recreational activities, sports programs, and community events
- Perform routine park maintenance including landscaping and facility upkeep
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Enforce safety protocols and emergency procedures as needed
- Assist with event setup, teardown, and logistical coordination
- Maintain accurate records of facility usage and incident reports
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college students encouraged)
- Valid Arizona driver's license with clean driving record
- First Aid/CPR certification (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings/weekends
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance procedures
- Experience in customer service or recreation programs preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions
