Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, including mowing, trimming, and litter removal
- Operate light equipment (e.g., lawnmowers, trimmers) safely
- Assist with facility setup for events and programs
- Provide friendly customer service to park visitors
- Perform routine inspections to ensure safety standards
- Support seasonal park beautification projects
- Collaborate with team members on maintenance schedules
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Texas Driver's License (preferred)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Basic physical stamina for lifting (up to 50 lbs)
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safety protocols
- Willingness to learn equipment operation
