Responsibilities
- Maintain park cleanliness, including litter removal, restroom servicing, and groundskeeping
- Assist with facility setup and breakdown for events, sports leagues, and community programs
- Perform light equipment operation (e.g., mowers, trimmers) with proper training
- Provide excellent customer service to park visitors and program participants
- Monitor park conditions and report maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Support special events including festivals, concerts, and recreational activities
- Participate in seasonal park beautification projects and landscape maintenance
Qualifications
- No prior experience required - we provide comprehensive on-the-job training!
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Strong commitment to teamwork and community service
- Valid California Driver's License (required for some duties)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
