Responsibilities
- Perform general park maintenance including mowing, raking, weeding, and trimming grass and landscaping.
- Clean and maintain restrooms, picnic areas, and park facilities to ensure high hygiene standards.
- Assist with the setup and breakdown of community events, festivals, and sports leagues.
- Empty trash receptacles and manage recycling collection points throughout the park.
- Monitor park grounds for safety hazards, debris, or maintenance needs and report them promptly.
- Serve as a friendly point of contact for visitors, answering questions and providing directions.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required: We are looking for a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions, including heat and rain.
- Valid Driver’s License is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of lawn care equipment is a plus but not required.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
