Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain park facilities, playgrounds, athletic fields, and trails
- Perform seasonal landscape maintenance including mowing, pruning, and irrigation
- Assist with special events setup and breakdown (festivals, concerts, sports tournaments)
- Conduct routine safety inspections and report maintenance needs
- Interact positively with park visitors and enforce park regulations
- Collaborate with team on cleanup projects and facility improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid Texas Driver's License with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor weather conditions
- Basic knowledge of grounds maintenance equipment
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred (training provided)
- Experience in parks, landscaping, or facility maintenance preferred
