Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds, facilities, and equipment
- Lead recreational activities and sports programs
- Enforce safety protocols and monitor park usage
- Assist in special event coordination and setup
- Perform minor repairs and report maintenance issues
- Interact with visitors and provide excellent customer service
- Collaborate with team members on park improvement projects
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months parks/recreation or customer service experience
- Valid California driver's license
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
- Basic knowledge of park maintenance procedures
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- First Aid/CPR certification preferred
