Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, trimming, and raking on park grounds.
- Collect litter and debris from sidewalks, parking lots, and recreational areas.
- Maintain and repair park furniture, equipment, and signage.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of community events and recreational programs.
- Monitor park facilities to ensure safety and compliance with city regulations.
- Operate and maintain landscaping tools and vehicles safely.
- Respond to inquiries from the public and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and techniques is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
