Responsibilities
- Perform daily park maintenance including mowing, trimming, litter removal, and equipment upkeep
- Set up/break down event venues, sports fields, and recreational facilities
- Monitor park safety, report hazards, and assist visitors with inquiries
- Support seasonal programs like youth sports, festivals, and outdoor activities
- Operate maintenance equipment (training provided) and adhere to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to ensure park cleanliness and accessibility
- Participate in community outreach initiatives and volunteer coordination
Qualifications
- Minimum 18 years old with high school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred (non-essential for all roles)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
