Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support including document processing, filing, and record maintenance
- Assist with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
- Handle incoming communications (phone, email) and direct inquiries appropriately
- Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support departmental projects with data entry and basic analysis
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in compliance with government protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year of administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of records management systems
- Must pass background check and fingerprinting per government requirements
