- Manage appointment scheduling and client communications
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records
- Coordinate with state agencies for program compliance

- Prepare reports using Microsoft Office Suite
- Assist with public benefit program enrollment
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years administrative experience
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Basic knowledge of Texas workforce programs
