Responsibilities
- Manage incoming correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and efficiency.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records for departmental files.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and departmental reports.
- Coordinate schedules and arrange appointments for senior staff members.
- Process and verify documents and forms according to city protocols.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure productivity.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative or clerical experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
