Responsibilities

- Maintain digital and physical filing systems
- Provide frontline customer service to park visitors
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic knowledge of Texas geography and state parks
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Ability to work occasional weekends/holidays
