Qualifications

- Minimum 1 year administrative experience in professional setting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government record systems
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of Colorado Springs municipal operations preferred
- Ability to work 20-25 hours per week with flexible scheduling
