Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email and mail.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the department calendar efficiently.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical records.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
- Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality and integrity.
- Support department heads with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Proven experience in administrative support or general clerical work.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a government or public sector environment is a plus.
