Responsibilities
- Process Medicaid and SNAP applications with precision and compassion
- Conduct eligibility interviews and document case information accurately
- Provide exceptional customer service to diverse populations
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to resolve complex cases
- Maintain strict confidentiality and compliance with state regulations
- Generate monthly performance reports and analytics
- Participate in ongoing professional development training
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management systems
- Ability to speak Spanish (highly desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for field visits)
- Pass background check and fingerprinting
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
