Responsibilities
- Conduct community outreach and health education presentations
- Coordinate logistics for mobile health screenings and vaccination events
- Assist with data collection and reporting for public health metrics
- Provide excellent customer service to program participants
- Maintain accurate records using departmental databases
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on program implementation
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in public health, social services, or customer service
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital record-keeping
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency highly desirable
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
