Responsibilities
- Analyze complex public health data to identify trends, outbreaks, and population health risks
- Develop and implement evidence-based health intervention programs for underserved communities
- Collaborate with local health departments, nonprofits, and community leaders on health initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports and policy recommendations for state leadership
- Manage public health grant projects ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
- Conduct health education workshops and trainings for diverse audiences

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in public health analysis or program management
- Proficiency in statistical software (e.g., SAS, R, SPSS) and data visualization tools
- Strong knowledge of Texas public health systems and regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with grant writing and federal/state compliance requirements
- Valid Texas driver's license and ability to travel within the region
- Certified in Public Health (CPH) preferred
