Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate community meetings and public forums across Fresno County neighborhoods
- Develop and distribute multilingual informational materials about county programs and services
- Collect and analyze community feedback to inform policy recommendations
- Partner with local organizations to implement outreach initiatives
- Maintain accurate records of community interactions and engagement metrics
- Support digital and social media campaigns to increase public awareness
- Assist with special event planning and logistical coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in communications or public administration preferred
- 1+ years experience in community outreach, customer service, or public relations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data analysis tools
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for community events
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
- Experience with CRM software or database management
