Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework in public health preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in community outreach, customer service, or related field
- Excellent bilingual communication skills (English/Spanish highly desirable)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends for community events
- Valid California driver's license with reliable transportation
