Responsibilities

- Research and draft policy briefs for state officials
- Coordinate with local government stakeholders and community groups
- Monitor compliance with state statutes and administrative codes
- Prepare reports and presentations for legislative committees
- Support public hearing coordination and documentation
- Track policy implementation outcomes and metrics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, Political Science, or related field
- 2+ years policy research or government experience
- Strong analytical writing and communication skills
- Knowledge of Pennsylvania state government structure
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SPSS)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Active Pennsylvania driver's license
- U.S. citizenship and PA residency required
