Responsibilities
- Develop and implement community outreach initiatives for city programs
- Organize public workshops and informational sessions

- Assist with social media content for public awareness
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years experience in community outreach or public relations
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Valid Virginia driver's license
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish bilingual preferred
