- Organize and participate in community engagement events across Dallas neighborhoods

- Maintain accurate records of community interactions and program metrics

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in community outreach or public relations
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends for events
- Valid Texas driver's license with reliable transportation
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification highly desirable
