Responsibilities
- Conduct neighborhood outreach events to educate citizens on municipal programs
- Assist residents with accessing city services via phone, email, and in-person
- Collect and document community feedback for service improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams on public awareness campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and service requests
- Support digital engagement through social media and online platforms
- Participate in quarterly community meetings and town halls
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Communications, or related field
- 1+ years experience in community outreach or customer service
- Exceptional communication skills with diverse populations
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to work evenings/weekends for community events
- Pass background check and drug screening
