Responsibilities
- Coordinate outreach initiatives across Boston's 23 neighborhoods
- Develop partnerships with community organizations and local leaders
- Facilitate informational workshops on city services and programs
- Collect and analyze community feedback for policy improvements
- Manage digital communication channels (social media, email newsletters)
- Support multilingual engagement efforts for diverse populations
- Document outreach activities and prepare quarterly impact reports
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, or related field
- 1+ years experience in community outreach or customer service
- Proficiency in Spanish or another language preferred
- Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred
